Office Manager
Local bulk terminal needing an experienced Office Manager. 75-year-old business located in Madison, IL. Comfortable corporate office setting in a local industrial park.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of office staff
- Inventory management
- Managing corporate objectives to onsite production team
- Work closely with production, sales, and management teams to oversee product shipments nationwide
Job Qualifications:
- Business degree or relevant work experience (5 years+) preferred
- Strong office management background needed
- Excellent communication skills a must
- Self-starter
- River, road or rail experience, a plus
- Intermediate to high level Microsoft Office proficiency required (emphasis on Excel)

Lead Maintenance Technician
75-year old Feed Ingredient company looking for a qualified and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for Plant, Warehouse and Rail bulk terminal located in Madison, IL.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws; e.g., OSHA, ADA, and EPA.
- Safely maintain and monitor conveying systems, bucket elevators, motors, PLC programming, hydraulics, welding, fabrication, PM service front end loaders, excavators, skid steer, forklift, etc.
- Efficiently work with production team to maximize production, while minimizing repair expenses
- Coordinate plant maintenance with supervisor and/or Operations Manager to strategically maximize production operations, maintain safe/operable equipment and be a catalyst for increased production through preventative maintenance and safety.
- Work Hours: * 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, plus overtime as needed. Regular business hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm with 30-minute lunch break.
Qualifications:
- Must have thorough understanding of bulk material handling, including in-depth experience with elevator legs, chain drags, belt conveyors, conditioning, crushing, mixing and bagging equipment.
- Heavy equipment, including track mobiles, excavators, wheel loaders, etc., experience a must.
- 3-5-year minimum maintenance experience in Agri-business and/or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
- Must work independently, have basic math skills, strong mechanical skills, problem solving manner and expected to maintain scheduled work to insure safety and production.
- Must NOT have a fear of heights, need to be able to lift 50lbs, work in dusty environment and extreme hot/cold temperatures.
- Meet all physical requirements and perform any additional duties as assigned
